# Three Discrete Markets

Olympus Insights has developed three solutions for individuals, businesses, and schools.

\
**Oli Learn 2 Earn (L2E):** A free platform where users learn about web3, technology and finance. Users earn experience points (XP) for completing courses and referring friends, which can be converted to the $Oli token. Content creators are also rewarded for publishing free courses and can create paid courses to incentivise high-quality content.

**Oli 4 Business:** A dedicated platform for any business that has training needs from a corporation or business that needs to train staff on their latest product through to micro businesses and content startups that want to build a community on a dedicated instance. Users have full control over content, users, and pricing, allowing them to customise their educational experiences and commercial model.
